Based on the CrossFit prescription of “constantly varied functional movement executed at high intensity,” our CrossFit program combines strength training with the “classic” CrossFit cardio workout. For this 1-hour class, you could be working on pull-ups, rowing, burpees and much more. Every WOD is different so you never get bored! We scale each workout to your fitness level, so you get the maximum workout every time.
Sweat is a fitness program offering simple, easy to implement nutritional concepts, conditioning pieces in a variety of time durations, and movement utilizing bodyweight and light resistance training to help build the foundations of fitness.
Denton Weightlifting will be an hour and a half sessions three times a week with full access to all our open gym times throughout the day. This program is good for beginners as well as elite lifters. This course is good for athletes that are interested in developing more explosive power, mobility, and technical skills needed to excel in the two Olympic lifts, the snatch and the clean and jerk.

The Gonzo Fundamental program is perfect for people who are new to CrossFit or would like a refresher on the basics. One of our experienced coaches will train you through the foundational movements of CrossFit, which we regularly program into our group classes. These 60-minute one on one classes will typically start with a briefing on what will be covered, a structured warm up, skill coaching on several movements, a heart pumping workout, then a cool down and brief review on what we learned that day.
